I’ve received a number of requests for more frequent inventory data. To be honest, I’ve also found myself spot checking the inventory numbers myself throughout the day to see how they move. This current dashboard is only for new inventory in the US. A version for used inventory will follow shortly.
So without further ado, here’s the link to the (Almost) Real-time Tesla Inventory Dashboard! (There’s also a link to it on the homepage, and on the new inventory chart pages)
Before jumping into the dashboard, there are a few things to note:
- Current inventory charts are unchanged. This is a new, additional page that will let you see how inventory moves throughout the day.
- This new dashboard is best viewed on desktop due to the number of data points in the line graph. If using a mobile device, the line graph might not render properly unless you rotate your device sideways into landscape mode.
- As noted in the title, the data is not quite real-time. It updates once every 10 minutes. The site itself should also update every 10 minutes, so you should be able to leave it open and it will update throughout the day on its own.
- You can click on the models in the chart legend at the top to toggle showing and hiding one or more models. Hiding “Total listings” will make it easier to see each individual model’s inventory movement.
